The UNC School of Government's Finance Center and the NC League of Municipalities recently compiled detailed information on residential water and sewer rates for approximately 300 NC Utilities.  A memo presenting detailed information on customer costs and different rate structures is now available on the above website.

UNC School of Government's Environmental Finance Center is hosting
2 new listservs for water professionals:

-- The NC Water Listserv was designed to serve water, wastewater, and stormwater utility management staff; other local government staff with significant water management responsibility (finance directors, planners, city/county managers, environmental health staff);technical assistance providers; and funding agencies.  The listserv technology will allow you to exchange emails with your peers under a single email address: ncwater@listserv.unc.edu
